BELOW MINIMUM ORDERS are
possible, but there is an automatically calculated fee of
1/2 the difference. Our staff does not have a means to waive
this charge, but you may book multiple smaller events in one
contract to meet the minimum. The minimum applies only to
the rental item total, services and delivery are separate. |

CATERING SUB-CONTRACTS: About the only
services we do not directly provide is for catering & food stuffs. We do
have preparation and serving equipment, except dish and dinnerware. But
we can manage this for you and sub-contract to one of our partners if
wanted. An 8% handling fee is added for this service. |

WE NEED YOUR
EVENT INFO: To generate your quote on our system, we will need the
information on the event quote request form (please click button below).
Please understand we are not able to check equipment availability or
give a quote without it. But, if you just want an idea of costs without
package, group or other customer discounts please see our
online
catalog. It
lists all that's available (over 1,000 line items and 23,000 pieces in
inventory)! Our size gives us buying power no one else has - and the
savings is passed on to you! |

It's often faster
and
easier for us prepare your quote electronically rather than by phone. We both
avoid phone tag and the whole process often takes less than 2
business days. |

DELIVERY: Since
we travel anywhere, delivery costs are not included in price matching. ALL
EVENTS ARE SERVED from our St. Louis or Kansas City regional warehouses. Fuel
and vehicle operating costs are charged at $0.65 per mile
(round trip) for each vehicle used. Staff time is also calculated, but included
in the labor cost.
ARE YOU MORE THAN 200 MILES AWAY? IS YOUR BUDGET
UNDER $1500? We can go anywhere, however, if you are not looking for some of the
specialized or deluxe equipment that few others have, you may want to get your
equipment locally. For higher budget events, we are often very competitive while
providing a greater selection and better quality. |
DISCOUNTS BEGIN AT
$750: Regular pricing on all items are shown in our
online
catalog. However, significant
discounts can apply and begin when event rentals and labor exceed $750.
These are automatically calculated - you will never miss out!
110% PRICE MATCHING: We do price match and believe NO ONE can
meet or beat our selection, quality and service. We'll even give you an
additional 10% in FREE items if someone tries! Just send us
their quote. Quoted items and services must be comparable and from an insured
provider (a real business).
